DESCRIPTION: The Yellow Book is under construction!  In this four-hour seminar, satisfy the new GAO
requirement and stay Yellow Book Qualified. We will compare and contrast major provisions of the yellow book
between the 2011 and 2017 versions.
 
OBJECTIVES:
• Apply yellow book independence rules to your team
• Determine if you have earned the CPE necessary to maintain your yellow book qualifications
• Identify how to practically implement the GAO’s new guidance on internal controls
• Identify all five reportable conditions under the 2017 standards
 
COURSE DESIGNED FOR: Professionals who must comply with yellow book requirements
