About TSCPA

The Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants is a nonprofit, voluntary, professional organization representing Texas CPAs in public practice, business & industry, government and education.

In 1915, TSCPA was created and held its first meeting in Fort Worth with 16 founding members. Today, the Society has over 28,000 members across 20 local chapters and is one of the largest in-state memberships of any state CPA society in the United States.

TSCPA is the leading professional association for Texas CPAs, and has served the public interest for over a century through programs that advance the highest standard of ethics and practice within the CPA profession.
