Embark on a transformative educational journey with TXCPA Fort Worth's 2024 Leadership Development Program—a unique and intimate experience designed to cultivate essential leadership skills. Whether you aspire to lead within TXCPA or contribute to another organization in our community, this program is tailored to enhance your effectiveness as a leader. Guided by Kim Knox Lewis, our president-elect, along with board members Stephanie Buduhan, Sandra Bembenek, and Stephanie Shaner, the 2024 program promises a dynamic and enriching leadership development opportunity. Elevate your leadership potential and make a lasting impact within and beyond our community.

  • Connection to fellow CPAs
  • Connection to chapter’s resources and leadership
Education
  • Overview of the structure of the profession and TXCPA governance
  • How member resources can be used to develop skills and knowledge
  • Soft skill training in public speaking, networking, and knowledge of personal strengths

  • Individual skill development
  • Incubator for TXCPA Fort Worth leaders

Participation Requirements
  • be a CPA
  • be a TXCPA Fort Worth member, and
  • commit to use your best efforts to fulfill program requirements, which are:
    • attend July 25 and 26, 2024 program retreat
    • attend August 16 Kimbell Art Museum tour 
    • participate in a 2024-2025 Chapter community service campaign and/or speak at a school as part of November's CPA month
    • attend one meeting of the governance body of the Chapter on November 20, 2024

Fee: Waived (The Board of Directors has waived this program fee for 2024)
