COURSE DESCRIPTION: Historically, underpaid flood insurance policyholders remain an underserved market. As a result, the Policyholder economic within this area of first party property damage litigation suffers due to a lack of information.
Hurricane Harvey floodwaters devastated Texas. Data shows tens of thousands of NFIP insured homes suffered flood damage. Like other professional industries, CPAs may not possess the necessary resources to provide their clients with all available assistance related to properly maximizing flood insurance claims.

Pandit Law has compiled a presentation for the Corpus Christi Chapter of TSCPA so that they are empowered to educate their clients on common flood insurance issues.  This useful content will advise CPAs and underpaid commercial and residential policyholders on how to maximize flood insurance claims.
