All registrations should be received by TSCPA at least 10 days prior to the course date. If a sufficient number of registrations have not been received, the course will be cancelled.
REGISTRATION FEE POLICY
The member course fee is available to TSCPA members; members of other CPA state societies with which a reciprocity agreement has been established; and non-CPAs who work with a TSCPA member. A nonmember fee will be charges to CPAs who are not a member of TSCPA or another state society and non-CPAs who do not work with a TSCPA member. Our online partners and other education resource partners offer discounts for TSCPA members.
All registrations must be accompanied by full payment (check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover) before your space for the course can be reserved. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover registrations can be faxed to 800-207-0272 or 972-687-8696. Registrations being paid for by check cannot be faxed.

After your registration is received by TSCPA you will be emailed a confirmation with the program dates, class times and course site. Occasionally there may be a date or location change, so please check the information carefully. If you have not received your confirmation 48 hours prior to the program, contact the CPE InfoLine to verify registration.
Eight hour programs generally run 8:30am to 4:45pm with registration beginning at 8:am. The four hour ethics program runs from 8:30am to 12:00pm. Summer Clusters, conference and webcast times vary. Your confirmation will indicate the exact times. Your seat and material will be held for 30 minutes after the class begins.
WAIT-LISTED AND WALK-IN REGISTRANTS
Preregistered individuals who are on the wait list will be admitted in the class 30 minutes after the class begins, if space is available. Walk-in registrants may enroll 15 minutes after wait listed registrants have enrolled, if seats remain unclaimed. Exceptions to this policy will be denoted in course advertising.
CONFERENCE CANCELLATIONS, TRANSFERS AND SUBSTITUTIONS
Cancellations received less than five business days prior to the conference start date are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Substitutions will be allowed until the start time of the program at no charge by calling 800-428-0272 or 972-687-8500 ext 1. No shows forfeit the entire registration fee.
SEMINAR CANCELLATIONS, TRANSFERS AND SUBSTITUTIONS
Will be accepted with no administration fee ON or BEFORE the course date by contacting the TSCPA InfoLine at 800-428-0272 or in the Dallas area 972-687-8500. No shows forfeit the entire registration fee.
TSCPA EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT
In order to receive early bird registration rates the registration must be received by the listed cutoff date. TSCPA is not responsible for checks or registrations delayed or lost in the mail.
Full time educators who are TSCPA members may select one conference of up to 16 hours at a discounted fee. This option may only be used one time per year. CONTACT THE CPE FOUNDATION FOR MORE INFORMATION.
Some CPE courses may also qualify for MCLE or CFP credit. Courses that qualify are noted.
GENERAL CLASSROOM POLICIES
Cellular phones must be turned off or on silent in TSCPA CPE Foundation classrooms.
All audio and video recording devices are prohibited in session rooms without written from the speaker and the TSCPA CPE Foundation prior to the session.
By registering for a TSCPA CPE Foundation Inc program you are authorizing the use of your name, photograph(s), and/or likeliness.
Smoking is prohibited in all TSCPA CPE Foundation classrooms.
Participants are not allowed to bring children into any TSCPA sponsored program.
Electronic materials/handouts are copyrighted by the TSCPA CPE Foundation Inc. The paid participant is granted permission to print the materials for the class they registered for.
Electric materials/handouts are provided for all TSCPA classes in lieu of distributing paper copies onsite.
TSCPA is not able to guarantee a power source or internet access onsite.
SALES OR ENDORSEMENT OF RELATED PRODUCTS
The TSCPA CPE Foundation does not endorse any product or vendor in connection with any educational program provided by its members. Further, the CPE Foundation will not be involved with any contracts or negotiations between product vendor and TSCPA members. Instructors are not permitted to make promotional statements regarding particular products.
CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDIT
Programs comply with the Continuing Education Standards and Rules adopted by the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy (TSBPA). The Texas Society of CPAs, CPE Foundation Inc. sponsor identification number is 260. Participant credit is given based on actual attendance.
STANDARDS FOR CPE PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT
The fundamental purpose of continuing professional education is to increase the licensee’s professional competence that benefits the public.
All TSCPA seminars and conferences are Instructor Led programs. Other program formats such as a satellite broadcast, live webcast and online/self study will be designated accordingly.
