Lei Testa, CPA is a principal at CliftonLarsonAllen LLP in Fort Worth.
She has experience in both public practice and industry areas of the accounting profession in Texas particularly in healthcare. Her professional experience includes process re-engineering and structure selection; strategic planning and implementation; multi-site operational leadership; capital and operating budgeting; business system integration; risk management and mitigation; and mergers and acquisitions.
Testa has a long and distinguished leadership history at both the chapter and state levels of TXCPA. In addition to her previous service on the TXCPA Executive Board as a three-year elected member, she has served on the Board of Directors and on multiple committees. Her leadership at the Fort Worth Chapter includes experience as president, treasurer and secretary, and numerous committees. At the national level, she is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and has served on its Council.
Her TXCPA honors include the Fort Worth Chapter’s Meritorious Service to the Chapter and CPA of the Year awards.
Testa’s leadership extends into various roles in her community where she has served as chair of the University of Texas at Arlington Accounting Advisory Board. She has also been secretary of the Tarrant County College Foundation and an Executive Board member. She is also a member of the Board of Directors for The Women’s Center of Tarrant County.
Testa is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington. She and her husband, Frank, live in Fort Worth, where she is a group leader in Bible Study Fellowship.
