Advertising
Rates: 3 Months for $1,000
Ad Placement: Left or right column of
a page underneath section navigation. Center column at
the bottom of the main content area of a page.
- Three-month minimum.
- Web site advertisers are entitled to a 15 percent
discount for display advertising in Today's CPA magazine.
- All rates are subject to change.
Policies
- No advertising is accepted on the TSCPA home page.
- Banner ads are positioned on selected high-traffic
pages. The advertiser's preference for page assignment
and positioning will be accommodated when possible.
- Advertisements are published only after the TSCPA
advertising contract and payment have been submitted.
- Banners hyperlink to the advertisers Web site.
- TSCPA reserves the right to add or remove pages from
the Web site at anytime.
- All advertising materials are to be provided by the
advertiser and are subject to approval by TSCPA.
- Advertisers will be shown preference based on their
advertising history with TSCPA.

Banner size: Default 120 x 90 pixels
File size: 10K - 12K
File format: GIF or JPG
Plug-ins: None
Deadlines: Advertisements will be published
no later than three working days after receipt of payment
and the TSCPA contract.

| Classified advertisers should keep in
mind that publishing will usually not simultaneously
occur in the magazine and the Web. Classified ads
on the Web may be published far in advance of an ad's
appearance in the magazine. Classified sales on the
combined magazine and Web site rate are final.
TSCPA members may advertise accounting-related
job openings free of charge, but other types
of classifieds will be charged at the member rate(s)
above.

File numbers
Ads requiring a reply to a confidential response file
will incur a $5 charge to cover administrative costs and
will include the following closure, "File #_____."
No information about a particular ad will be given to
inquirers. Confidentiality is respected.
