Tax Manager/Director

Global leader in real estate information and technology is looking for a Tax Manager/ Director.  The tax professional will have increasing responsibilities and staff and will work closely with the Corporate Controller.  This is a great opportunity to build professional experience as the company has critical business issues planned for the near term.

- Responsible for preparation and filing of company consolidated Federal lncome Tax return

- Responsible for State Income Tax returns (unitary/consolidated returns)

- Prepare various other state franchise and income tax returns

- Oversee tax billing and collections from subsidiaries

- Work with subsidiary controllers on tax issues

- Provide Treasurer with federal and state income tax payment estimates

- Allocate inter-company tax liability

- Answer questions, requests, etc. from Corporate Controller and Vice President of Finance

- Assist in analyzing acquisitions and the related tax structure and issues

- Prepare quarterly and year-end tax provisions

- Update outstanding income tax liability data for monthly inclusive delinquent report

- Special projects, as assigned

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree

- 8-10 years of progressive experience that includes federal and state taxes

- Certified Public Accountant
