Dallas Accountants Appointed to Texas CPA Society’s Executive Board
M. Todd Welty and Donna J. Hugly Appointed to Serve 28,000-Member Organization

DALLAS — Dallas certified public accountants M. Todd Welty and Donna J. Hugly were recently appointed to a one-year term to serve on the Texas Society of CPAs executive board.

Welty and Hugly were appointed to their respective positions by TSCPAs Chairman-Elect Steve Goodman. As two of TSCPA’s top volunteers, they will serve on the society’s executive board, which sets policy, manages programs and oversees activities designed to serve Texas CPAs.

Welty is an attorney with Dallas firm Meadows Collier Reed Cousins & Blau LLP. Hugly is shareholder of Dallas firm Hugly and Company PC. Both new board members are active members of the Dallas Chapter of the Texas Society of CPAs.
