Corpus Christi Accountant Honored by State CPA Society
Texas CPAs Recognize Jeannette Holloway for Commitment to Community Service

DALLAS — The Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA) recently honored Corpus Christi CPA Jeannette Holloway with the organization’s award for distinguished public service.

The award is given for outstanding charitable, community and civic activities and other public service not related to TSCPA.

Holloway is a sole practitioner in Corpus Christi. Throughout her 50-year career, she has served on many boards and advisory committees of nonprofit organizations.

Over three years ago, Holloway committed to provide four-year scholarships for 20 students at Texas A&M-Corpus Christi. By coincidence, all 20 students turned out to be female and are now called “Mrs. Holloway’s girls.”

As president of the Estill Foundation, she helped the organization remain solvent in difficult times through her business acumen.
