800.428.0272, ext. 688 sseals@tscpa.net College Station Accountant Named to Board of Texas CPA Society DALLAS — College Station certified public accountant Tracy Stewart was named June 25 to the executive board of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA). TSCPA is the third largest state CPA society in the United States. Stewart was appointed to a one-year term by TSCPA Chairman Ed Polansky. As a member of the organization’s executive board, she will help set policy, manage programs and oversee activities designed to serve Texas CPAs. Stewart owns Stewart Financial Consulting, where she specializes in financial planning for divorce-related issues. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from California State University-Sacramento. ABOUT TSCPA TSCPA (http://www.tscpa.org) is a nonprofit, voluntary, professional organization representing Texas CPAs. The society has 20 local chapters statewide and has 27,000 members, one of the largest in-state memberships of any state CPA society in the United States.
