Fort Worth Accountant Named to Board of Texas CPA Society
James Reeves Will Help Oversee
Activities of 27,000-Member Organization

DALLAS — Fort Worth certified public accountant James F. Reeves, Jr., was named Friday to the executive board of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA). TSCPA is the third largest state CPA society in the United States.

Reeves was appointed to a one-year term by TSCPA Chairman Ed Polansky. As a member of the organization’s executive board, he will help set policy, manage programs and oversee activities designed to serve Texas CPAs.

Reeves is senior vice president of product and business development at Practitioners Publishing Company in Fort Worth.
He holds a master’s degree in business administration and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Baylor University.
