- Fred J. Timmons

"I was granted membership in TSCPA on January 1, 1986. Membership has allowed me to network statewide for almost 20 years with professionals whose expertise and camaraderie have allowed me to be the hub in my clients' wheel of professionals. Besides ... I enjoy these folks!"

- Kym Anderson
El Paso

"I am very pleased with the good friends I have made through my involvement in the TSCPA. I don't understand how anyone can call themselves a CPA and not belong to the organization that brings CPAs together and looks out for their best interest. CPAs are some of the best and most giving people you'll ever get a chance to meet in this life."

- Charles D. Lieser
Fort Worth

"TSCPA is the advocate for CPAs in Texas. The TSCPA represents us with the state board, the Legislature and other regulatory bodies."

- Bob McAdams,
San Antonio

"My involvement with the TSCPA is probably the most important thing I have ever done outside of my relationship with my family. I believe that it has helped develop me as a professional and as a person. You will have some of the greatest and funniest moments of your life with the TSCPA... professional and social activities."

- Jerome G. Kotzur
Victoria

"I did not join the TSCPA for networking my business, but a surprising benefit is that it has been a good source of business and business referrals from colleagues in public practice as well as private business. Bottom line, the organization is a good resource of information and a place to network with your colleagues."

- Joyce J. Smith,
Austin

"I have been a member of the TSCPA for 25 years and consider my membership a valuable part of my career growth. I started by joining a committee at the Dallas Chapter. This led to other committees, committee chair positions, the board of directors and ultimately Chairman of the Chapter.

These experiences taught me leadership and organizational skills and gave me chances for public speaking. Over the years I have been honored to serve on the Society's board of directors including a three-year term on the Executive Board. This allows me to give something back to the profession while keeping me on the cutting edge of what is going on in the profession. I would highly encourage all CPAs to become members of the TSCPA. Your dues dollars will be returned many times over."

- Donna J. Hugly,
Dallas
