Atkinson Nominated for NASBA Post

Billy M. Atkinson, CPA-Houston, has been nominated to be the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy’s (NASBA) next vice chairman. His nomination will be voted on at the NASBA annual meeting in October 2008.

Atkinson has also served as presiding officer of the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy. He formerly served on the TSCPA Executive Board and was Houston Chapter president. He is a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
